Q. & A. with Kate
Why did you start breeding?
Growing up on a horse farm where we raised Aussies and developing my own breeding has always been in the cards. My husband and I produced our first litter in 2018 focused on genetic soundness and adherence to the ASCA breed standard.
What makes your program special?
Our focus on genetic testing and loyalty to ASCA standards, the parent registry of the breed sets us apart. We aim to produce offspring which represent a well-rounded, well-balanced Australian Shepherd. Our puppies are lovingly raised in our home as part of our family so that we can prepare them to be wonderful additions to yours. We love our dogs and what we do, and we strive to make each puppy a great contribution to his or her forever home.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
