    Rosey's passion for this vibrant breed began with Kimbella and Kobe my first 2 Yorkies, who captivated me with their intelligence and playful spirit.

  • What makes your program special?

    I offer support to families that have questions or concerns. I not only Breed I also Love my Grandchildren.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Rosalyn

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Rosalyn partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes AKC Registration, First set of Vaccines, Tails Docked, DewClawed. Price is for Traditional Yorkies. Prices are different for Parti Yorkies.”

Rosalyn may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
