I'm Grace N., the breeder behind Royalty’s Farm located in Elizabeth, CO. With health, personality, workability, and temperament kept at the forefront of our breeding program, we hope to provide dogs that will enhance farm-and family-life. Parents are DNA and hip tested, and are happy, healthy dogs. We know you’ll be pleased with our responsibly bred babies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I grew up studying dog-breed books, and wanted one of everything. It wasn’t until I got into farming that I found a passion for breeding. It thrills me.
  • What makes your program special?

    My biggest project is breeding mixed livestock guardian dogs, to provide protection for livestock and families. The Grand Korumak is a breed being developed to enhance the livestock protection experience. GKAssociation.com. We also breed uniquely colored labs and poodles, having studied color genetics through DNA testing and scientific research.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black and chocolate. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Grace

Grace has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes puppy with DNA panel through Embark, a puppy pack that gets you started with the essentials, and a limited health guarantee. Prices depend on breeding rights, breed, and function. $300 Holds your puppy. If seller changes things, deposit will be refunded. If buyer changes things, deposit will not be refunded. Deposits go towards the final payment.”

Contract & health guarantee

Grace may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Grace offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Grace directly.

Parent health testing

Royalty’s Farm reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Labrador Retrievers.

  • Hip Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Full Embark Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
