Russell was so easy to work with and facilitate the hand off to us of our new pup "Dottie" He was very responsive to my emails and multiple questions that I had throughout the process. His mom was equally helpful and accommodating when I had to rechedule my pickup for a health related issue. I highly recommend him as his dedication as a breeder and love for his pups is evident from start to finish. We love our piebald Dottie!!!

He sent weekly updates and photos as she grew, which made the wait so much sweeter and showed just how much love and care he puts into his pups. When it was time to bring Bean home, Russell sent us off with a thoughtful bag of goodies to help her transition smoothly, along with clear, easy-to-understand paperwork on caring for our new baby. It was obvious how well prepared and well loved she was from day one. Bean is settling in beautifully and is the happiest, sweetest pup—we couldn’t be more in love. +5Me and my wife really enjoyed working and communicating with Russell in adopting our baby boy Winnie! The entire process was extremely smooth and effortless. He was very responsive and never hesitated to answer all of our questions. He even let us visit Winnie a couple weeks before adopting. This was my first time using GoodDog so I had my doubts but he cleared them all up! It was truly an exceptional experience. We’re now a week into taking care of our wonderful dog Winnie and He’s already sleeping through the entire night, learned sit and stay, and even potty training hasn’t been as difficult as one would expect with this breed. Russell really hooked us up with a great dog. He even set us up with a packet with all of Winnie’s records, chew toys, and even a blanket with his name on it!! I can’t recommend Russell enough and I will most certainly be going to him for when we want to give Winnie a little brother or sister.
