Why did you start breeding?
My family bred Cocker spaniels when I was growing. My sister and I would push them around in our dump trucks. Then when my husband and I met he had a dachshund. I fell in love and the rest is history 🥰What makes your program special?
I’m not a puppy mill. I’m not a big breeder. I’m not a backyard breeder. My dogs are healthy, quality dogs. Embark health and trait tested. They grow up in our home, around all the normal day-to-day things.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Mendy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Mendy partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“The price includes AKC registration, the first set of vaccinations, a vet health examination, a 1-year health guarantee, and a take-home care package. I also start potty training at 4-5 weeks of age using a fake grass turf potty tray. . This is due the day you choose to hold your puppy. No money is accepted until we have a video call first.”

Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.

Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Mendy was very committed to finding the best forever home for her sweet babies. She responded promptly and connected thru FaceTime to meet me and my own long hair dachshund named Lila. She guided me through the process at every turn and invited my husband and I to visit her home and meet her pack of dachshund adults who live as family members in her pet friendly home. Our puppy pick was even appropriately named River as we have a Riverhouse in Arkansas where we spend most Summer days enjoying the Oauchita river with family and friends!
