Stephanie B.

Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Stephanie B., the breeder behind Sakari Australian Shepherds located in Long Island, NY. I've been involved with this amazing breed since 2004! My Aussies are my passion, and I keep a small number of dogs so I can maintain my program to a high standard. I am dedicated to producing healthy puppies with great temperaments, nice structure and movement, that are also versatile - aiming to create the perfect mix between show and working lines! I put a great amount of thought and dedication into each litter. My focus is on making the transition from my home to yours as easy as possible! I look forward to connecting with you!

Q. & A. with Stephanie

  • What makes your program special?

I am a breeder of Australian Shepherds, and I am devoted to doing whatever I can to preserve and protect this incredible breed. It is important to me that I not only continue my own phenomenal bloodlines, but that I am improving this breed with each litter and ensuring the well-being of these dogs for generations more to come! I do not breed my dogs unless they are fully healthy, happy, and excellent representations of the breed standard. I am dedicated to preparing my puppies to thrive as their best selves, and I strive for quality and excellence with everything that I do. I can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs, and I even offer lifetime breeder support!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.

This helps give us a better understanding of you, your lifestyle and if an Australian Shepherd is right for you. Our goal is to find what's best for you and place our puppies in the best homes possible! Once we've received your application, an interview will be set up. If we feel that you would make a great addition to our Extended Sakari Family by providing one of our puppies with a wonderful home, we will notify you and place you on a Waiting List for our next upcoming litter.”
