Meet the breeder

I'm Emaline F., the breeder behind Sandhill Ranch Border Collies located in Bronson, FL. We do our best to socialize each litter so we’re able to offer all-around healthy and well-mannered puppies! All of our puppies are ABCA registered and some are registered with the AKC as well. We just adore this breed and are passionate breeders. We are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices and do all we can to make sure our pups get the best care and go to the best homes!

Q. & A. with Emaline

  • What makes your program special?

Our dogs are first and foremost family pets and companions. We only have one or two litters of puppies per year, and they are raised with lots of love from the whole family. All of our puppies are ABCA (sometimes AKC) registered and both parents must have good temperaments and have good health testing in order for us to breed them.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include tri-color, black and white, white and blue merle, white and red, and white and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

“The way the picking order works when putting down a deposit: There is a first pick of the males and a first pick for the females, and then a second/last pick of the litter, separating the males' pick from the females' pick. This means I will have two spots in line for the males, ranging from "first pick" to "last pick," and I will have two spots in line for first to last pick of the females. I will accept a total of four, non-refundable deposits and will hold your place on my waiting list for which pick of the males or females you want. *For first pick of the males or first pick of the females, I charge an extra $100 at puppy pickup. When choosing your puppy: once puppies are born, I will post weekly updates on this website, with pictures and occasionally videos. I will also post the different developments and characteristics of each pup as they grow. However, I will not allow my waiting list to officially choose their puppy until they are four weeks old. This is so that they can get an idea of which pup would best suite what they are looking for characteristically, and not purely based off of their appearance. ”
