I'm Reagan W., the breeder behind Sandy Creek Miniature Dachshunds located in Rosanky, TX. All our dogs are CKC or AKC registered and the parents are health tested through embark. All our puppies are handled since day one!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got into breeding when a friend who was a breeder asked me to help her out. I saw all the ins and outs and wanted to help improve the breed. I'm not an expert, but I'm always learning new things when it comes to breeding.

  • What makes your program special?

    I try to make connections with the families that are getting my puppies. I love to stay connected with them and watch the babies grow with them. Your not just getting a puppy from me but also a helping hand when needed.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, chocolate, fawn (isabella) and tan, chocolate and tan, blue and tan, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Reagan

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Reagan partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $4,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“All my puppies are ckc registered. They will have their first shots, multiple dewormings, started on heart worm prevention, and a vet puppy wellness exam. All my breeders have been embark tested. In the unlikely event that a puppy becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances before going home, your deposit will be fully refunded.”

Reagan may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Wow! What can I say but what an amazing person and breeder. I decided to drive to Texas from Southern California. On the day that I was supposed to pick up my new puppy, my car decided to break down eight hours away from the meet up location. Reagan was very understanding and we rescheduled the pick up time for the next day. Then she went out of her way to drive four of the eight hours remaining to meet me halfway to give me my new Family addition. It meant the world to me. He is the sweetest and cutest baby boy ever. Great communication and is very flexible with pick up and rescheduling. I highly recommend her!
