I'm Sharon F., the breeder behind Sassy Little Shih Tzu's located in Ocala, FL. We are proud to offer our beautiful Shih Tzu puppies to loving homes! Our dogs are healthy and have great temperaments. We just adore Shih Tzus and can't wait to share our love for them with you! We are passionate breeders and are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices. We do all that we can to make sure our pups get the best care and go to the best homes!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red and white, brindle and white, and black gold and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Sharon

Sharon has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price of my males and females is 1500. The price includes a 1 year health guarantee, Florida Health Certificate, Deworming, 1st Vaccines, puppy will be microchipped and a puppy starter bag. If a family ask to meet halfway, I will do my best to accommodate them within a 100 mile radius. The cost of delivery within the 100 mile radius is 150. I also can have a reputable nanny company contact you to bring the puppy to wherever you'd like. The nanny company sets their own rates and I am not compensated for these services. I do require a 500.00 non refundable handling fee to hold the puppy of your choice and will request this as soon as client choses puppy.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Sharon was an absolute blessing in our search for our fur babies. We originally select one puppy, Lily but decided a couple weeks later to get her brother Luke. I was so nervous about trusting just anyone since there are so many scammers out there claiming to be legit. Sharon could sense my apprehension about the purchase so you suggested speaking to me on the phone. Sharon shared her personal story and how she feels about her babies. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about my choice to get a puppy. She provided weekly updates along with photos. Sharon trained them to start using a pee pad which made our transition easier. We have had very little mistakes in the house. Both Luke and Lily know where their pee pad is and run to it when needed.     Our experience with Sharon was wonderful. We reserved our Daisy early on and from then until adoption day, we exchanged frequent correspondence. Sharon was extremely responsive to our emails. We were able to see Daisy’s weekly growth from the weekly pictures and video. Daisy is a beautiful puppy. We are so pleased with her progress at 8 weeks old. It is apparent she was well loved and cared for. She’s had some training and uses her potty pad most of the time. She is extremely affectionate and playful. Additionally, we are finding her as smart as Sharon said. I would not hesitate to purchase another puppy from Sharon. Sharon is a loving, honest breeder and we highly recommend her to anyone interested in one of her beautiful pups.

    Sharon made this process so easy. We lost our Shihtzu a few months ago and I was apprehensive of finding a new breeder. But we found the perfect one. Sharon sent weekly photos and videos of our puppy and met me halfway for drop off. Our puppy is the most playful and healthy little thing. We are so thankful to Sharon for helping us.     Sharon was wonderful to work with. Not only was she so knowledgeable and responsive, she sent weekly pictures and videos of our puppy before we could pick him up, which was just an amazing extra touch. It was also great to see how much love our puppy, “Alex” now Obi, was getting before coming home to us. She met us halfway on drop off day with a full care package.
