I'm Robert S., the breeder behind Satterfield Family Farms located in Kodak, TN. Our dogs live in our home and are some of the most important workers on the farm! We fell in love with this amazing breed and enjoy working with these wonderful dogs! Our ultimate goal is to produce athletic and well-structured canines that can excel within various performance venues and have the ability to be the greatest family companions.
Q. & A. with Robert
Why did you start breeding?
Many hours have been spent diligently researching Aussies, connecting with other breeders, studying all that we can about the breed, and of course, living with them and studying their behavior. We understand the importance of adding a special family member to meet your specific needs!
What makes your program special?
Our Aussies are a huge part of our family! We love what we are doing and devote much of our time and energy to producing quality companions, which are healthy, have excellent temperaments, champion bloodlines, and bred to AKC standards. Our dogs are AKC registered and have regular health checks with their veterinarian. They have also completed genetic testing through Paw Print Genetics. We can provide extensive knowledge and guidance for any family looking to bring home one of these wonderful dogs. We love what we do and truly want the very best for my puppies and their forever families.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle and blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
