Why did you start breeding?
Through years of working closely with dogs, she has had the opportunity to learn from experienced and knowledgeable breeding programs, gaining firsthand exposure to every facet of responsible breeding. This experience inspired her to create a program centered on health, temperament, and producing happy, well-rounded family dogs.What makes your program special?
Our puppies are temperament tested, thoughtfully socialized, and raised through Puppy Culture, with the added benefit of being co-raised by experienced dog trainers—giving each puppy a strong foundation for life as a confident, well-rounded companion.What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Border Collie puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Martha
Martha has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Martha partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.
“We find great importance in placing puppies in the best possible homes to match their temperament and energy level. Temperament is assessed at 7-8 weeks of age via Voldhard Puppy Aptitude Testing. ”

“This price includes your puppy’s first vaccines, dewormings, and a health guarantee as well as lifetime breeder support! All puppies are the same price in a given litter based on quality of sire/dam rather than color.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
