I'm Angela F., the breeder behind Schatzi Mi-Kis located in Florence, CO. We take great pride in our parents, our puppies, and our program, as each of our darling Mi-Kis are part of the family. Our hope is to prepare each of our puppies with superior healthcare, thoughtful socialization, and positive training; so they have the very best foundation for life.
Q. & A. with Angela
Why did you start breeding?
I had never considered dog breeding, as there seems to be so many options out there; then, I met my first little Mi-Ki through a friend. Her little girl carried such a sweet disposition and fun-loving personality; I had to have a Mi-Ki of my own, and then, another. As the Mi-Ki breed is still relatively unknown, we made it our mission to enable others to experience these darling babies as well.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white, silver, red, mahogany, fawn, cream, brown, blue, black, beige, and apricot. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
