I'm Christy M., the breeder behind Schrute Farms Canine Clan located in Bristol, VA. At Schrute Farms, we breed quality Standard Poodles & Scotties from our health tested indoor parents. Puppies are delivered in my bedroom, where they stay until they are 4 weeks old. At that point, they are moved into our primary living space for extra socialization and chaos. Can't forget the chaos!

Why did you start breeding?
What makes your program special?
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Where do your breeding dogs live?

These dogs are already reserved or have gone home.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
