Q. & A. with Michelle
Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding about 15years ago after having our first experience with the breed 23 years ago. LOVE these tenacious little cuddlers. We enjoy their hunting skills and their wonderful companionship confirmations.
What makes your program special?
Miniature Dachshunds for over 20 years, and recently added a standard wirehair female to our pack.
I focus on having only one breeding females at a time. We love our dogs first and foremost and because of that we enjoy sharing our breed with others and have a passion for being true to the breed.
I do health and color genetic testing on all my breeding dogs.

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have wirehaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are wild boar. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
