I'm Jessica S., the breeder behind Scottstead Aussies located in Monroeville, PA. Hi! I’m a small hobby breeder purebred .I focus on raising healthy, well-socialized puppies that make wonderful family companions. All of my pups are raised in a loving home environment, receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, and start basic training /socialization.
Q. & A. with Jessica
Why did you start breeding?
Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to breed as a hobby . When we got our family dog Freya her personality was so sweet , loving and intelligent that I knew my opportunity to start breeding was here. We also wanted to keep on of her pups so the journey began !
What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because our dogs are bred only 1-2 times and they are family dogs . The pups are in a nursery in our living room and they are spoiled with love from the whole family 24/7. We take time to start training and developing them early and give them the most enriching start to life a pup can have .
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue merle and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
