Meet the breeder

I'm Alyssa S., the breeder behind Seay's Sporty Mixes located in Richland, MI. Our program is all about obedience, agility, and stability. Our sporty mixes give you and your family the chance to own the dog of a lifetime who can not only shine in the ring but also cuddle on your couch. We focus on making sure our parents are health tested and DNA clear.

Q. & A. with Alyssa

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have always known I wanted to breed at least 1 litter of puppies in my life and I've just been waiting to find the perfect parents and I've finally found them so I am ready to start my program.
  • What makes your program special?

My breeding program produces dogs that are handler focused and relaxed on the house with a high drive to please. I raise my puppies with the same routines that I raised my stud dog with: ENS, puppy culture practices, and other proprietary methods. Bullet proof obedient on a dime snuggle bugs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Alyssa

Alyssa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Alyssa partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 8 weeks old.

“Once we know the personalities of our puppies we will match them with their families based on the answers to our application. We know usually at 8 weeks and then we spend the next 4 weeks character building getting ready to go home on an individualized basis. ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,100 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This includes health testing, microchip, vaccinations, vet visits, and puppy raising fees. The deposit covers the vaccination and vet costs as well as any additional health testing that may be needed. It also covers the cost of the microchip.”

Alyssa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy.
