  • Why did you start breeding?

    Honestly, it was a surprise. I became a grandpa unexpectedly. I really took a dive into how to be a proper breeder after finding out my girl dog was pregnant.

  • What makes your program special?

    I take extra care of my dogs and their puppies. I make sure that they are fed healthy, properly socialized and make sure the proper steps are taken when it comes to weaning, vaccinations, etc.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have smooth coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, red, chocolate and tan, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Davin

Davin has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Davin partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Need to know the potential buyer current living situation. Does the potential buyer have a family? Other pets? Are they knowledgeable on what it takes to raise a puppy especially the Dachshund breed? What type of home does the potential buyer reside in? ”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Beautiful and healthy female mini dachshunds with unique colors. Price includes first round of vaccinations, vet exam, deworming. Will make sure puppies are well socialized before going to their forever home. Half of the full price of the puppy will hold the specific puppy until ready to pickup. Full price is due before puppy is handed over to new owner.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
