We commit ourselves towards preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence!

What makes your program special?
I am a veterinarian and give the best care possible to my babies. We focus not only on breed standard but the health of our babies. We temperament test and Embark DNA test all our puppies.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black parti, black, wolf sable, black and tan, and cream sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Alexandra
Alexandra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Alexandra partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.
“We take great care in placing each puppy with the right family. Puppies are placed once they are old enough for us to evaluate their temperaments and personalities- typically around 7-8 weeks old. ”
Price
“This price is for limited AKC registration (unless otherwise approved) and includes 1st vaccines, care package, health guarantee and Embark genetic testing and microchip. $500 deposit required to hold puppy. Deposit goes toward the total cost of Puppy.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Ward is such a sweet, calm boy. He is like a fluffy teddy bear. He will let you love on him and is so tolerant of kids. He is a certified therapy dog and loves visiting patients at our local hospital. I can't put into words how sweet of a boy he really is.

About June
June is a very sweet, loving girl. She loves people and is a therapy dog. She can be very spunky and loves to go everywhere. After having her first litter, June developed ovarian cysts and had to be spayed. She is now retired and enjoying life as a therapy dog with us. She still loves puppies and thinks it's her job to help parent every puppy in our home.

Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Legg-Calve-Perthes (OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 3 (PRA-crd3), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Full Embark Panel, Hyperuricosuria (HUU)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
