Meet the breeder

I'm Jessica S., the breeder behind Serendipity Dachshunds located in Moon Township, PA. Our program is built with purpose and integrity to preserve and improve this beloved breed. All our dogs undergo thorough health testing. Beyond health, our dogs have earned titles that reflect their physical quality, intelligence, and great temperaments.

Q. & A. with Jessica

  • Why did you start breeding?

In 2021, after many years of dreaming and searching for the right foundation, I was finally able to bring home my first Miniature Dachshund from Russia. That moment marked the beginning of my dedicated breeding program. Since then, I have carefully added a select few, high-quality Dachshunds to build a small but focused program.
  • What makes your program special?

my breeding is centered on three key pillars: temperament, health, and conformation. Every dog in my program is thoroughly health-tested and purposefully selected not just for physical excellence, but for sound minds and loving temperaments. My goal is to preserve and promote the best of the breed—producing puppies that thrive as both cherished companions and accomplished competitors.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
