I'm Rae S., the breeder behind Seven Cedars Yorkies located in Darrington, WA. I am a small hobby breeder of carefully selected Yorkshire Terriers. I have been raising quality Yorkshire Terriers in accordance with AKC standards since 1978. My focus is on maintaining the Yorkshire Terrier standard by raising structurally sound pups with excellent temperaments and great health.

Why did you start breeding?
A friend gave me a female Yorkie and I was to breed her and give my friend back a female puppy. I fell in love with the breeding process from start to finish and knew I wanted to continue breeding these incredible pups. Life is better with a Yorkshire Terrier.What makes your program special?
I pride myself in raising family-oriented and well-socialized puppies that also excel in the show ring. I am purposeful in everything that I do regarding my dogs. I have high expectations for my puppies and make sure to place each one with an enriching and loving family.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Rae partners with them to find the best puppy match.

"The price includes a one year health guarantee, AKC registration application, health record showing vaccinations and deworming dates. And a puppy starter kit with food, baby blanket, toy and chewy sticks. Only refundable if something happens to the puppy before it leaves my home."

Rae was very friendly and microchipped "Yogi" as soon as we made our selection. The communication was very good and the drive from Woodinville to Darrington was easy. Yogi was a 12 week old male Yorkie and had a Scottie dog cut to show the ears. He was so cute that we are going to keep the cut.
