I'm Cathy B., the breeder behind Shadowmist Miniature Pinschers located in Brandenburg, KY. I have been breeding and exhibiting Miniature Pinschers for 41 years. I breed for soundness with breed “type” and for superb temperaments and of course, the “hackney like gait” the breed is known for. I do not breed the dilute colors, blue, fawn, tan, harlequin, or brindle. There are good reasons that they are not allowed in our AKC breed standard.
