Q. & A. with Sharon
Why did you start breeding?
I knew I was going to retire in a few years and knew I would be home to take care of them. It seemed like the perfect thing to do. I also gave me a way to earn some extra money.
What makes your program special?
All my Shelties live in my house and even sleep with me. I don't kennel. I love them and think of them as family. I play with my pups and they leave very social. I send updated pictures or videos every week to keep my clients up on how they are doing.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Sharon's Family Shelties was the most ideal experience I have had (my first time ever). I was nervous first with gaining a puppy, but also seeking a puppy outside of my state, traveling to and back with a puppy, it was all alot to plan ahead of time. From the beginning Sharon accepted Zoom calls to show the litter and parents and explain the parents personalities, sizes, and all the details needed to make an informed decision. After the initial deposit was made weekly of the growth and HOW CUTE the litter was with their Sheltie family. With a solid game plan to get Serenity, my Sheltie, I was able to meet at the airport, and the rest was history. I have a Sheltie who loves cheese, fish, belly rubs, and is social with humans and doggos! At 11 weeks she has learned the basic commands and is well socialized. I still got more work to do, but I am in love with Serenity, and I am happy I connected with Sharon.. best decision, ever
