I'm Terry B., the breeder behind Shih Tzu Cottage located in Lake Worth, FL. I breed with a focus on health, temperament, and qualities that make for excellent family pets. I have personally owned shih tzu's for over 35 years. My dogs and puppies are lovingly raised in my home as part of my family so I can prepare them to be wonderful additions to yours.

Why did you start breeding?
I had my first Shih Tzu over 35 years ago, and fell in love with the breed. I have a need to do my part as a responsible breeder and produce healthy, well-rounded pups. I am devoted to ensuring there are happy and healthy Shih Tzu for others to enjoy, and I do so by ethically growing this incredible breed.What makes your program special?
My dogs and puppies are my family, and they get the best care I can possibly provide. I do everything I can to ensure my puppies have what they need to develop into healthy and happy dogs. In my breeding program, good health and temperament are essential, and cuteness and love are guaranteed.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include tricolor, black and tan, chocolate, sable and white, sable, chocolate and tan, red and tan, cream and white, lilac, black, liver, blue, gold, red, silver, black gold and silver, black and white, black gold and white, black white and silver, liver and white, blue and white, brindle and white, gold and white, red and white, silver and white, silver gold and white, white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Terry

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $600 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Program update on 05 Sept. •…Just a reminder we will be streaming live on Facebook from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The chat will be open to ask any questions you may have, or to single out a puppy on camera for you if there's a particular one you are interested in. If you're interested in a puppy great or just join in the feed to watch some extremely cute puppies live! Also, to ensure your puppy has a grear start, each puppy goes home with a stuffed goodie bag. In the bag you will find toys, starter food, treats, a blanket with the mother and letter mates sent on it, health certificate, starter health insurance, birth certificate and lots of other little goodies.....and even a coffee cup for you with our shih Tzu cottage logo on it. Litter update on 25 Aug. •…Let it be known that Daisy has been adopted and has now been named Coco. She will be going to her forever home and around 6 weeks. This is the package that goes home with each puppy along with all of the insurance and health care paperwork.

About Katie
Katie is very loving and likes to give kisses and gets along with everyone, this includes other little dog , big dogs, cats, small children and adults. Katie loves attention and is playful, she is extremely intelligent and was potty in one week. Katie is considered to be a liver and white color and she has the most pretty eyes.
