I'm Kyla, the breeder behind Shih Tzu Hauz located in Orange, CA. Our dogs are bred for health, temperament, and intelligence. We strive to produce the best overall pets and family members. We are home-based breeders dedicated to bringing healthy, loving, and high-quality puppies into the homes and hearts of their forever families. We love our dogs and are passionate about raising our puppies to be the best family companions.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We breed on a limited, planned basis to ensure the well-being of the dogs and puppies. Puppies stay with us until they’re at least 8 weeks old, with updated vaccinations and deworming. We keep you updated every step of the way—from pregnancy announcements to weekly photo updates.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our program is built around the highest standards of health and care. All our breeding dogs are health-tested and raised in a family environment to ensure great temperament and socialization. We don’t just breed—we build the foundation for a happy, well-adjusted family companion.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, black, blue, white, liver and white, blue and white, black and white, and black gold and silver. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kyla

Kyla has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes a health guarantee, AKC registration options (Full or Limited, with Limited Rights provided after successful spay/neuter), first round of vaccinations, routine deworming, initial potty training, and early puppy socialization with other dogs—giving your puppy the best start in their forever home.” 🐾✨. Contract & health guarantee

Kyla may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Kyla is an absolute excellent breeder! The process for us was an emotional one because we lost our beloved Shih Tzu Maggie Mae 6 months ago and to meet Kyla and find Kream - who we named as Sir Bentley James, was just a beautiful and grateful experience. She was so kind, and patient, answered our multiple questions, gave us updates with pictures and videos and allowed us to visit him once a week until we brought him home.
