Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

First time Good Dog app user here and honestly we could not be happier with how everything worked. Easy communication and payment, and top-notch breeder. Daniel from Shining Waters Farm was a pleasure to work with and our new puppy Alexander is healthy, happy, and an absolute treasure. Daniel made sure to update us and stay in contact during the entire process. I traveled to pick up the dog and ran into some flight delays, no fault of ours, just bad weather. Daniel did what he could to help and I was able to pick up the puppy, fly home, and everything turned out great. From the time we’ve spent with Alexander, we can definitely tell he was raised in a loving and safe environment. +5I really can’t put into words how appreciative we are of Daniel in his role in caring for and providing us with our new best friend. He’s truly the perfect puppy; we absolutely love ‘em. Dan was professional, friendly, attentive and clearly loves Cairns. I want to thank Daniel and all his family at Shining Waters Farm for a great experience obtaining my new female Cairn pup. From initial contact and throughout the entire process, Daniel promptly answered all my questions and kept me updated on how my pup was progressing with photos and short videos. (Not an easy task when it comes to capturing little ones in constant motion!!) The details of pickup/transfer worked out great, allaying a lot of last minute anxiety that often happens with big events. The minute I saw my little girl's face and held her for the first time, my heart truly melted. I knew we both were in for a new, long and exciting adventure together.
