I'm Stephanie B., the breeder behind Show Me MO Aussies located in Macomb, MO. Formerly Faunus Farms and Aussies - same program, different name :) . We’re passionate about raising the best family companions possible. We’re so excited to start sharing the joy and excitement of life with one of our pups!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Our family moved back to MO in 2023 and bought 74 acres of pretty much raw land here and have been working to get the property the way we'd like. We homeschool, garden, raise animals and our dogs are our partners. The deeper we've gotten in, the more work it's been. But we wouldn't have it any other way! We love our lives here and the company we keep!

  • What makes your program special?

    Our dogs live on a farm with rabbits, chickens and ducks. We try to introduce them to our animals while young so that they will easily be placed in a work environment. We also have carefully chosen each of our breeders via markings, bloodlines, and other reputable breeders. We practice ENS and early training with our litters as well,as feel it is of high importance.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Stephanie

Stephanie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Stephanie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

“Prices are for spay/neuter agreement. Includes a docked tail. Tail retention is a deposit of 75% of total cost of puppy that needs to be made prior to pups being 2 days old. $300 nonrefundable deposit due at time of puppy contract. 75% of total price of puppy if you would like the tail retained. Full registration to be approved by Faunus Farms.”

Stephanie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Multifocal Retinopathy 1 (CMR1), Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), Hyperuricosuria (HUU), Chondrodystrophy and IVDD Risk (CDDY-IVDD), Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    stephanie was very very straightforward and helpful with getting my puppy. i asked her if she thought that one of her puppies would be a good fit for my lifestyle and she was straightforward and honest. she is not just a saleswoman who tells you whatever you need to hear to buy the puppy. she helped me quite a bit during the first week and was just as responsive after getting the puppy as she was before. i would highly recommend her mini aussies to anyone, they are smart as can be. mine learned sit, high five, and recall in about a week. and she also unfortunately learned she can climb over her 4 foot playpen haha. what’s also really nice is that she does a little crate training with them right before they go. i was shocked and grateful when my puppy slept quietly in her crate all night on her very first night home. i’d also recommend talking to stephanie about matching you with a puppy who’s temperament would match your lifestyle. the first week i realized i did not ask her enough questions on that and it made the first week very difficult, but now i’m on the uphill and seeing that this is really going to work out and be awesome. thank you stephanie and good luck with all your puppies!

    Stephanie was so wonderful to work with and we could not be happier with our beautiful pup! We reserved our Halo very early on, almost 6 weeks before we actually picked him up. Stephanie was extremely communicative during the entire waiting period. She would do weekly photo shoots of the puppies so we could have updates. Stephanie was additionally very quick to respond to any further questions, even silly ones about his personality or eye color! It was very important to us to have an ethical and reputable breeder. I’m grateful for Stephanie’s good practice and Good Dog for vetting their sellers. Stephanie provides a binder with the puppy’s microchip registration, health and vaccine records, ASDR certification, and plenty other helpful information. Stephanie definitely took good care of Halo and set us up for success as first time puppy parents! We love our Halo so so much already and would recommend Show Me MO Aussies to anyone looking for a new best friend!

    Stephanie was amazing to work with. She was so professional and really cares about the dogs she is breeding. Making sure that it is going to be a good fit for you and them. She has gone above and beyond checking in and making sure that everything is going good with us and our new puppy. That we are settling in well and getting to know each other and love each other. Our vet was REALLY impressed with everything that was given to us for our little man. As well as all of the information and how well he was taken care of before coming home to us. We did a check up a couple of days after getting our little man home and all is well and he is in great health. Gaining weight like he should be no concerns from the vet. They even asked us where we got him from so they could let others know. We have already recommended Stephanie to others by word of mouth and if we are ever looking for another puppy we would be going to her.
