I'm Rena C., the breeder behind Sierra Peak located in Trabuco Canyon, CA. We are lifelong dog enthusiasts, and we’re excited to share our passion and purpose with others through our breeding program. Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others.

Why did you start breeding?
Because Phoebe is an exceptional dog, we would love to keep her lineage going by having one litter. We plan to keep a male from this litter and sell the the others.What are the different breed coat types in your program?

About Phoebe
Phoebe is a female Border Collie. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Rena decided to make her part of their program. Rena has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
