Silverland Aussies

Catrina A.

Breeder of Australian Shepherds

Meet the breeder

I'm Catrina A., the breeder behind Silverland Aussies located in Medicine Park, OK. Our dogs are our beloved companions. We care deeply about this breed and are proud to be responsible Australian Shepherd breeders. We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family!

Q. & A. with Catrina

  • Why did you start breeding?

After purchasing my first Australian Shepherd in 2016, breeding was something I was interested in learning about. I spent many years with researching & testing with amazing mentors and had my first litter in 2020. I did not jump right in or knee jerk any decisions. I enjoy adhering to breed standards and setting strict goals towards enhancing the breed.
  • What makes your program special?

I do not kennel raise my dogs. They are an immediate extension of my everyday routine, being a part of it all. I am very dedicated to focusing on ONE litter and providing each puppy with a focused upbringing and a happy & healthy mind and body.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
