I'm Kim S., the breeder behind SilverLining highlands and hounds located in Taylorsville, NC. We raise happy, healthy, well-socialized pups ready to fill your heart with love and bring joy and laughter into your home! Every pup is raised underfoot in the heart of our home. They come to you current on vaccinations and vet-approved. We love spoiling and pampering our dogs, and hope that our puppies' new homes will love and cherish them just as much as we do!

Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with the Yorkshire Terrier breed. Our dogs have proven to be incredible, loving companions, and we wanted to share that experience with others by producing healthy, happy puppies. It is so fulfilling!What makes your program special?
We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to make wonderful memories with their new family!What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $7,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Contract & health guarantee
Kim may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Kim was so responsive, and I had great communication with her about the puppy. She answered many of my questions. The newest member of our family was brought by Kim on my son’s birthday as a surprise, and she was so kind to bring him quietly so my son wouldn’t notice. Everything was on time, smooth, and handled very responsibly. Our puppy is absolutely beautiful, very calm, and intelligent we truly love him! He’s so tiny he looks like a little toy. I highly recommend Kim 100%. Our teacup poodle is just perfect!
