I'm Sheri S., the breeder behind Skiba Aussies located in California. We are a small family breeder. We only have 1 or 2 litters at a time so every litter get our full attention. Our puppies are raised in our home underfoot. Our oldest daughter is a dog trainer and starts training puppies early. Some of our puppies have gone into service work.
Q. & A. with Sheri
Why did you start breeding?
My parents were breeders and I wanted to share the love of breeding that I have with my children.
What makes your program special?
We start training our puppies at a very young age and many have gone into service work. We only have 2 dam, so only 2 litters at a time in our home. This means puppies get attention all day. We stay in contact with every family that has ever received one of our puppies.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include blue merle, red merle, red, and black. Australian Shepherd puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Sheri Skiba is an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable breeder! Our puppy, Arlo, has a terrific personality, temperament and good looks to boot! Our amazing puppy is truly a testament to her expertise and acumen as a breeder. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to bring home their forever friend!
