I'm Chasity B., the breeder behind Skillern Creek's Australian Shepherds located in Pikeville, TN. We're a dedicated, hard-working family raising quality, versatile Australian Shepherds while implementing the breed standards. Our main goal is to provide healthy, intelligent, and loyal companions to fit any lifestyle. We do genetic testing through Paw Print genetics. We would be thrilled to introduce you to your next beloved companion!

Why did you start breeding?
It started back in the 1990s with my husband's grandfather. On a cattle farm located in Pikeville, TN, he produced hard-working lines that were great companions as well. Fast forward twenty years, and we still implement those same ideas. All of our adults are health tested. We still strive to produce lifelong companions to fit any lifestyle!What makes your program special?
With companionship and loyalty being at the top of our priorities, we implement lots of social interaction techniques into our program. We equip our puppies with the development of relationships and understanding before leaving for their new forever homes. Our beautiful pups are sure to make loving companions for your family for many years to come!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Chasity has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit and $2,050 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“We do not change prices based on coat color or eye color. We have all of our puppies health checked before leaving our program.”
Contract & health guarantee
Chasity may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
