Tianya C.

Breeder of Dachshunds

Meet the breeder

I'm Tianya C., the breeder behind SkyeRiot Dachshunds located in Mt. Pleasant, MS. Our standard Dachshunds are bred with an emphasis on health and temperament and, of course, we strive to produce puppies that conform to the AKC standard. We are breeders who do everything we can to better the breed and ensure our dogs and puppies are able to get the very most out of life.

Q. & A. with Tianya

  • Why did you start breeding?

My love for the Dachshund breed led me in the direction of breeding. I set out to produce quality standard Dachshund puppies for loving pet homes for companionship, show homes, and also for hunting and agility.
  • What makes your program special?

Our breeding program is special because we are a small, in home breeding program that puts emphasis on quality over quantity. All of our standard Dachshund puppies are raised in our home with love and constant care.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies include longhaired and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and a kennel on my property.
