I'm Brittany F., the breeder behind Skyray Aussies located in Lakewood, CO. I am a small time breeder, with litters only once every few years. Aussies are not for everyone and it is very important to me to place puppies with people who understand the breed, are prepared, and have the time and energy it takes to own one these dogs.

Why did you start breeding?
I grew up in Syracuse, New York, where my mom bred and trained Brittany Spaniels as hunting dogs. Throughout my childhood, we bred Bernese Mountain Dogs and Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and showed in AKC confirmation shows and did agility trials. I bred my first litter of Aussies in 2021 and am now on the 4th generation of my line.What makes your program special?
I only have a litter once every few years. It is very much a family affair, with the puppies being raised by their mom, and their grandma. It is so important for puppies to learn respect and boundaries from their elders. Socialization starts on day one and it is crucial for the development of confident, well-adjusted puppies. I do Early Neurological Stimulation Exercises starting on day 3.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and guardian homes.

Getting a puppy from Brittany
Brittany has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
Brittany partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 7 weeks old.

“The price includes registration with the American Stock Dog Registry, first and second round of vaccinations, regular deworming, socialization, and the beginnings of crate training and potty training. The purpose of reserving a puppy is to make that puppy unavailable to others by guaranteeing it a home. The deposit shall not be refunded for any reason.”

Vet Wellness Exam

DNA Disease Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
