Meet the breeder

I'm Heather L., the breeder behind Skywater Labrador Retrievers located in Nampa, ID. Established in 1996, we are dedicated to breeding high-quality Labrador Retrievers known for their excellent temperament, strong hunting ability, and success in both the show ring and field competitions. Our breeding program places a strong emphasis on health, temperament, and performance. All of our Labradors receive extensive genetic health testing, including OFA clearances for hips, elbows, and eyes, along with DNA testing for EIC, CNM, PRA, HNPK, cardiac conditions, and more. This ensures our puppies have the best foundation for long, healthy lives. We proudly breed black, yellow, and chocolate Labrador Retrievers and are committed to maintaining breed integrity through dilute-free bloodlines.
