Ellen and Phillip were Great. I love my pup I received from the Slayton’s. Very good communication throughout the purchase and the delivery all arranged and communicated by the Slayton’s. Wonderful follow up even now!

Our world changed this summer when our 10 year old bulldog passed. We came across Slayton’s American Bulldogs, unsure if we were even ready for a puppy. They never pressured us, presented options, talked about our concerns, and this was all BEFORE we even committed to getting a puppy. We decided we were ready and picked a tiny girl and named her Rose. We received daily updates, pics, videos, and they are still in touch with us. I would recommend this family to anyone. Rose came into our lives a week ago and we are so lucky and blessed to have her. And to still have contact with the Slaytons. It’s like we are all a family of sorts now.

Had a very wonderful experience with Mrs. Ellen! She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her puppies that where up for sale. Our puppy Rip is a beautiful well taken care of little bundle of joy. Everything was very efficient and handled with care. I would tell potential buyers that I would definitely recommend her and her puppies!

We had the absolute best experience with Ellen and her husband. We couldn’t have asked for more! Both Ellen and her husband go above and beyond for their puppies and we couldn’t have asked for a better breeder. They are extremely knowledgeable and they were in constant communication with us. We just received our puppy and she is very sweet, loving and very well taken care of! We highly recommend them! Thank you Ellen and Phillip! ❤️

Ellen was so responsive and knowledgeable and made the process of purchasing the puppy very easy. She video chatted with us every day up to the day of purchase. She made us feel good about doing business with her and she reflects superbly on the good dog.com. Ellen raises some very beautiful dogs and it’s obvious she cares about them. I would look forward to doing business with Ellen in the future if the need arises.

Ellen and her husband, Phil, are wonderful people whose love for American Bulldogs shows. The first day we reached out to them and told them we were looking for a new puppy after having two American Bulldogs in the past, they asked us if we wanted to do a video call to talk and get to know each other. The communication from then on was constant. Ellen updated us just about daily going forward and we really got to know her and their dogs. We are extremely happy we found Ellen and got to work with her. She included us in everything that was going on and taught us things we didn’t know about what all they do while going to through breeding and having puppies. We are extremely happy with our new family member, Indy, and loved working with Ellen and managing the process through Good Dog.
