I'm Kimberly S., the breeder behind Small Paws Kennel located in Sterrett, AL. Our dogs a bred a little bigger and heartier..to make them less susceptible to IVDD and other illnesses. Breed both CKC and AKC pups! Mini Dachsunds only..for now! May expand into another breed soon.

Just got a weenie dog and love the breed!!
What makes your program special?
Dogs are super spoiled...and conditioned to cats,kids,and different situations.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies include longhaired and smooth coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include piebald, red, fawn (isabella) and tan, chocolate and tan, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Kimberly

Kimberly has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kimberly partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $400 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"Depends on color and coat. Most standard color short hairs are $600..reds..blondes..black and tans...long hairs start at $800 Most dapples are $1,400 Piebald dapples..$1,600 Isabella piebalds...$1,800. Deposits are non-refundable..so make sure want the puppy and willing to get the puppy within a week of pickup time agreed upon."

Kimberly may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
