Q. & A. with Nancy
Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding over 20 years ago and have always loved the sheltie breed. I took a hiatus from breeding for several years while raising my children but with the help of a partner breeder I was able to start back up about 4 years ago.
What makes your program special?
What makes my program special is the fact that I am small yet work with a larger breeder and have learned much from them. I genetic test my dogs and only breed dogs that I feel have a wonderful temperament and hold up to the breed standards.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Rocket is a much loved wonderful addition to our family. He is a delightful happy puppy; truly perfect in every way. You can tell that he had an excellent start in life with Nancy taking very good care of him, his mom and his siblings. He gets along well with all the other animals and is such a dear sweetheart. He is very intelligent and learns almost instantly. Everyone that meets him, thinks he is wonderful. The veterinarians say he is in excellent health and he has done well with all of the routine veterinary care.
I’m so thankful for Nancy giving him and his mom the best of care in a home environment where dogs are family members. I look forward to sharing a lifetime of love with Rocket and the other furrfamily members.
