I'm Meisha S., the breeder behind Smart Farms located in Mount Dora, FL. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We are a small, in-home breeding program where we prioritize giving each dog and puppy the best care that we can. We cherish all of our animals and enjoy sharing the love of a Morkie with other individuals and families!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I delivered litters on my own when I was only about 12 years old. Since then I knew I wanted to own and breed dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of my dogs are home raised, have zero health issues, and are well associated with other dogs and people

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include white and lemon, black and tan, blue and tan, blue and gold, white, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Meisha

Puppy prices include between $1,800 - $2,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.

"If travel is needed deposit will be taken to secure a date and place puppy on reserve until transport. Deposits are non refundable. TBD for each puppy and distance for travel."

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Smart farm, in particular Meisha, was wonderful to deal with. She answered each and every question and was very informative about what my puppy would need. Being anxious about my puppy being flown in she was very calming and reassuring about the whole procedure.     I have been in search of a dog for months and I was thrilled when I finally found Smart Farms! Meisha was incredible to work with and made every single step of the process easy and seamless. As a first time dog owner, Meisha surpassed my expectations for what I was looking for in a breeder. Immediately after submitting my application, Meisha reached out to me immediately and set up time for us to connect. I had the pleasure of meeting my fur baby, Winston (formally Cooper) and had the opportunity to get to know Meisha during our call. I walked away from that call knowing I made the best decision in choosing her as my breeder, and I can't say enough great things about Meisha. She is personable, genuine, knowledgable, and down-to-earth. She was great with providing frequent updates and had excellent communication leading up to the day when Winston came home. Even weeks after Winston came home, Meisha and I have kept in contact and I appreciate that so much. Winston just turned 3 months and he is absolutely PERFECT! He is so affection, incredibly intelligent, intuitive, high energy, and loves both people and dogs. In fact, he excels at obedience training and came home already crate trained with no issues. During his last vet visit, his vet said he has the best personality/temperment she has seen in a puppy and is in excellent health. Meisha, I can't thank you enough! My experience with you and how fantastic Winston is as a dog is a testament to how wonderful you are as a breeder! I hope to welcome home a sibling for Winston in the near future. :)
