I'm Tanya L., the breeder behind Smokehouse Doxies located in Maumelle, AR. We’re a retired couple in central Arkansas raising AKC long-haired mini Dachshunds in our home. After raising six kids, we became empty nesters and turned our love for our dogs into a small breeding program.

After raising six kids and becoming empty nesters, we missed the joy of a full house. With retirement and more time at home, we turned our love for our dogs into a small, in-home breeding program. Our pets are family, and now we share that joy by raising happy, healthy puppies to bring love and laughter to other families.What makes your program special?
What makes us special is the heart behind every puppy. We’re a small, in-home breeder focused on connecting the right dogs with the right families. Each pup goes home with our Smokehouse Doxie Kit, including basic care tips, a health record, and a keepsake first-year journal—because every puppy’s story deserves a meaningful start.What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Puppy prices include a $600 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,400 final payment, before taxes & fees.
