Meet the breeder

I'm Kenny S., the breeder behind Snell's Superior Kennel Dobermann & GSP located in China Township, MI. Our dogs work hard, play hard, love hard & are part of the family. We prepare all our pups to thrive in their future jobs & homes. We decided to start a responsible, in-home breeding program in order to produce quality working dogs that also fit into a home setting. These dogs can do it all, and we make sure to foster that versatility in our puppies beginning from the moment they're born.

Q. & A. with Kenny

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our German Shorthaired Pointer puppies include liver roan and black roan. Doberman Pinscher puppies include black and rust and red and rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

There are no words that can express how wonderful and amazing Autumn is and how wonderful and amazing my new little family member is. She was amazing to work with, you can tell she truly truly loves what she does and that they truly truly love their dogs and treat them like family. I am a very experienced dog owner and I am beyond impressed with Autumn and my new little family member. It is making me tear up just writing this review. She matched me with my soul Dog. She was so patient with all the questions that I had. She was so understanding when I was telling her how I lost my 13-year-old German Shepherd, a couple months prior. She asked me about my house dynamics what other dogs I had and helped me pick which Dog would fit right into our family and she made the perfect pick.

Autumn and Kenny were fantastic! They truly care for their dogs and love what they do. They are very responsive and are always there with their knowledge and good advice. We picked up Lada (Kaya) last week and we are so in love with her. She has amazing personality, listens well and is very smart. We could not be happier with the whole experience! We hope to stay in touch and share how Kaya grows and interact with her older brother Kobi. Thank you so much Autumn and Kenny. You made our family whole again ❤️

We’ve had a great experience with Snell’s Doberman Kennel. This was my first time getting a dog in the U.S., so I asked a lot of questions. Autumn was incredibly responsive, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. She took the time to address all my concerns and made me feel confident every step of the way. Our sweet Doberman girl has such a wonderful personality and is adored by our big family and all our friends. I truly appreciated the transparency and support—highly recommend!
