We are passionate breeders and are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices. We do all that we can to make sure our pups get the best care and go to the best pet only homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got into breeding Shih Tzus , due to my husband being allergic to cats and some dogs,and it was really hard at the time to find a Shih tzu , I tried rescue, they wouldn’t let me adopt cause I had a little girl , due to liability the rescue could bite . My husband did well around our Shih Tzu not having allergies, and I wanted to be able to give the gift of a puppy to another family searching for a pet.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our dogs have never been kenneled or caged . My dogs get treated just as well as my family in our house .My dogs are definitely my kids. They are bathed by me weekly. They lay on our couch and sleep in our beds . Everyone always me tells how lovable and well socialized my dogs and puppies are . If you are looking for a well socialized Shih tzu I’m the breeder . They all come spoiled and loved.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black, liver, gold, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Gessica

Price

Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $1,800 - $2,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the guarantee of registration, first round of vaccine ,deworming, vet check and cleared,1 year health guarantee, puppy socialization,and a lifetime of friendship and knowledge. The $200 deposit is to hold your puppy of choice, until it is time for him/her to go to there forever home. The remaining balance must be paid in full day of pick up.”

Gessica may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
