I'm , the breeder behind Solace Australian Shepherds located in Jacksonville, FL. We are a small hobby kennel that breeds AKC/ASCA registered Australian Shepherds. We focus on breeding dogs with all adequate health testing, good structure, and great temperament. We want to make the transition from our loving home to yours as seamless as possible by giving personal attention to each little pup to ensure it is well-rounded and prepared to excel in its forever home! What makes your program special?
I am a strong and passionate advocate of proper breeding practices and run my program accordingly. I care deeply about my dogs and puppies, and I do everything I can to ensure they get the best lives possible -- that includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. I strive to provide each of my puppies and their families with a truly positive experience!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red merle, blue merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Puppy prices include a $350 non-refundable deposit and between -$350 - $1,850 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), Full Embark Panel, DNA Repository
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

This was my first time buying directly from a breeder so I was a little nervous, but I couldn’t recommend Solace Australian Shepherds more. Communication was very quick and clear throughout. It had been a while since I’ve had a puppy but they were super helpful regarding any questions I had, recommendations, tips, etc. I also received updates and pictures of Smeech while I waited for his arrival. The transportation process was very smooth and I can tell he was very well cared for throughout. Smeech is the silliest, smartest puppy and he receives compliments everywhere we go. We are so happy we were chosen to be Smeech’s family :) thank you for exceeding our expectations
