I'm LaGay W., the breeder behind Sonoran Doxies located in Heber Overgaard, AZ. We strive to provide healthy and happy babies to our families. We are in the top four breeders in the state of Arizona. We don’t rehome our retired adults. They are here for all their lives. We are always available for any questions or help our new dog parents might need.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I got my first dachshund in 1971. I have been hooked on the breed since then. I eventually added a few more before I knew it I was breeding.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include piebald, cream, red, black, brindle, gray (blue) and cream, chocolate and cream, blue and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from LaGay

LaGay has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, LaGay partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,300 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.
