I'm Tina D., the breeder behind Sonshine Yorkies located in Duncan, SC. We’re so excited to be able to help families experience the longtime loyalty of welcoming a new puppy into their lives! We started breeding with the simple mission to breed the very best dogs that we can, to raise them with love, and to find them the perfect future homes.

Tina has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Tina partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Litter update on 07 Apr •…Milo 🐾 11 week pupdate 🤍 I can’t believe this sweet, curious, cuddly little bundle of joy hasn’t found his furever home yet. Milo is now 11 weeks old and his personality just keeps getting better. He’s very affectionate, loves being close, and happily follows you around just to see what you’re doing. He’s playful without being overly hyper and settles in nicely for snuggles. He’s doing great with pee pad training, used to everyday household noises, and raised right in my home getting lots of love and attention. He has such a gentle, loving temperament and would make a wonderful companion. Milo is AKC registered and the last baby from this litter, once he’s placed, that’s it until the next litter.

Litter update on 22 Mar •…9 week Pupdate: Rosie went to her forever home yesterday, and it was such a heartwarming moment. Seeing her and her furever family happy together is exactly what we hope for with every puppy. 💕 Now sweet Milo is the last one still waiting for his forever home, which I honestly can’t believe — he is such a wonderful little guy. We spent a beautiful day out on the patio today with his, mom, dad, aunt, and he had the best time. He’s playful, affectionate, and loves being right in the middle of everything. ✨🐾✨ I got some great new pictures of him today — he’s just waiting for that special someone to call him theirs. 💗 If you’re interested in Milo or have any questions, feel free to reach out. Litter update on 08 Mar •…🐾 Week 7 Pupdate 🐾 It’s hard to believe these sweet babies are already 7 weeks old. Watching them grow, play, and develop their little personalities has been such a joy. They are doing wonderful, eating great, full of energy, and socializing beautifully with our adult dogs. They are confident, curious, and so ready to start the next chapter of their lives. Most of the litter now has their furever families waiting for them, but Milo is still looking for his special someone. 💙 He is such a sweet boy with a playful, affectionate personality and so much love to give. Every puppy deserves that one family that was meant just for them, and we know Milo’s is out there. Soon these babies will begin leaving for their furever homes, and while it’s always a bittersweet moment, there’s nothing better than knowing they’re going where they will be loved for a lifetime. 💛 Sonshine Yorkies🐾

Litter update on 23 Feb •…🐾 Week 5 Pupdate 🐾 Our sweet babies are officially 5 weeks old and their little personalities are shining brighter every single day! We now have two handsome boys available, Milo and Teddy 💙💙 ✨ Milo is our curious little explorer. He’s always the first to venture out and check out something new. And can we talk about that nose?! The cutest pink and black speckled little button you’ve ever seen 😍 He is full of personality and confidence already. 🧸 Teddy truly lives up to his name. He is super cuddly, gentle, and just melts right into you when you hold him. He has the sweetest, calmest temperament and loves to be snuggled 💖 Our precious Rosie has officially been spoken for and will be heading to her furever home when age appropriate 🏡💕 She is going to be so loved. All of the babies are eating soft food like champs, drinking water on their own, and becoming more independent every day. Watching them grow, explore, and develop their own little quirks is the sweetest thing. If you’ve been thinking about adding one of these boys to your family, now is the time to reach out 💌 They’re getting cuter by the minute! 🐶✨

Shine and Halo will be heading to their homes soon, and Shepherd is the last one waiting to start his next chapter. Litter update on 11 Dec 2025 •…All of the puppies have been secured and are pending their pickup/drop-off… except for sweet Shepherd, who is still waiting for his furever home. He’ll be 9 weeks old on Sunday and is truly one of the most lovable little guys — super cuddly, gentle, and always happy to be right by your side. Serenity is an incredibly affectionate and devoted girl with the sweetest, most loving personality. She is truly my shadow—always close by, always wanting to be part of whatever I’m doing. Her connection to people is something really special. She is highly intelligent and eager to learn, picking up on new things quickly and naturally. Serenity has a gentle, intuitive nature that makes her not only easy to work with, but an absolute joy to have in the home. Her temperament is everything I strive for in my program. In addition to her personality, Serenity is absolutely stunning. She is a beautiful red abstract with a striking white tuxedo pattern and white markings on her feet and face, giving her a unique and eye-catching look.

About Jacob
Jacob is an exceptional male with a truly outstanding temperament. He is incredibly affectionate, intuitive, and thrives on human connection often showing a level of awareness that feels almost human. He has a calm, loving demeanor and a naturally intelligent nature, making him both easy to work with and a joy to have in the home. His temperament and personality are exactly what I aim to produce in my program, and I have very high expectations for what he will pass down to his puppies. In addition to his personality, Jacob is striking in appearance with a full, soft, and beautifully maintained coat that exemplifies the breed standard. He is a wonderful representation of both structure and companionship.

Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
