  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Yorkshire Terrier puppies are black and tan. Biewer Terrier puppies are black tan and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Susan

Susan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Susan partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We take great care in placing each puppy with the right family. Puppies are matched once they are old enough for us to evaluate their temperaments and personalities typically around 7 to 8 weeks.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $3,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“If puppy if not picked up upon the date agreed a fee will be added for each week not picked up 50.00 a week after 2 weeks if you have not picked up puppy . Puppy will be reposted as available. Ask for a 300 non-refundable deposit unless something happens to the puppy while in my care.”

Susan may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Perfect! Susan was very fun to work with. She made sure I was in the loop the whole time. I recieved updated photos of Millie (my first pet a yorkie) every Monday.
