I'm Teresa M., the breeder behind Southern Belle's Biewer Terriers & Papillons located in Conetoe, NC. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.

Why did you start breeding?
I bred Yorkshire Terriers many years ago and then our carriers carried us in a different direction. Now as we've settled down, we are excited to begin this journey again.What makes your program special?
Each one of our pups are members of the family and live in our home. We raise each one with love and train them to be socialized for their forever homes.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Biewer Terrier puppies are black tan and white. Papillon puppies are white and sable. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Teresa
Teresa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,700 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes our guarantee, AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and puppy socialization. All of our puppies are the same price regardless of color or size. Biewer Terriers are $3000 and Papillons are $2200. This price includes first vet appointment and shots/deworming. In order to reserve a puppy, a $500 deposit is required.”
Contract & health guarantee
Teresa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
