I'm Inaru G., the breeder behind Southern Copper Sun Aussies located in Belton, TX. At Southern Copper Sun Aussies, we raise healthy, beautiful red tri Australian Shepherds in Central Texas. Our AKC registered dogs get loving care, early socialization, and genetic testing to ensure confident, well-rounded companions from responsible breeding.
Q. & A. with Inaru
Why did you start breeding?
As a veteran with PTSD, Australian Shepherds changed my life. Their loyalty, intelligence, and emotional sensitivity helped me heal. I began breeding to share that same companionship and joy with others—whether veterans, individuals with challenges, or anyone seeking a loyal, loving dog.
What makes your program special?
We raise AKC red tri Aussies with genetic testing, early socialization, and enrichment in a loving home. Each pup is nurtured with care and purpose to ensure sound temperament and health. We don’t just breed dogs—we raise companions ready to bring joy, balance, and love.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are red tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Puppy Update 🐾✨
The puppies had their very first bath today, and they are looking extra fluffy and adorable! They’ve grown so much already—it’s amazing to see how different they look compared to when they were tiny newborns. Each one has their own little personality shining through, and they were absolute naturals in front of the camera. 📸💛
