Q. & A. with Amanda
Why did you start breeding?
I had a little yorkie named Cooper as a young adult he was the highlight of my day.
What makes your program special?
My breeding program focuses on healthy, happy puppies that grow into remarkable adults. I am home with my dogs and there puppies full time. They are nurtured from day one. I socialize my puppies to ease the transition into there new homes. Your puppy will never touch the ground to ensure they do not come into contact with any diseases. All puppies are started on puppy pad training and basic commands. Puppies will see my vet within 3 to 5 days of birth for a check up and to have tails docked and dew claws removed. Your puppy will get dewormed and vaccinated with my vet and be sent home with a clean bill of health.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include tan and white, chocolate and tan, parti, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

I had an amazing experience with Amanda Lang of Southern Elite Yorkies. From the very beginning, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her dogs. She took the time to answer all of my questions and kept me updated with photos and videos until my puppy was ready to come home.
My sweet Chloe has been everything I hoped for — healthy, happy, and full of personality!
