He shared frequent updates, photos, which made us feel connected to our puppy even before bringing them home. He also was super helpful working directly with my puppy flight nanny, which was much appreciated. Jorge clearly cares deeply for his dogs the ginger was well socialized, healthy, and raised in a loving environment.
