I'm Rhonda R., the breeder behind Spoiled Rotten Pomeranians located in Mandan, ND. My dogs are raised in my home and part of my family. I keep my count down of only 3 because they do travel with us when we go on vacations, or running errands when it is safe for them to go. My puppies will be well socialized by me, my husband, and our grandchildren.
